Mix extracted aloe vera gel with a teaspoon of turmeric power, a tablespoon of honey, and some drops of rose water. Apply the mixture on the targeted acne scars and leave it for some minutes. Tips and cautions in using aloe vera for acne scars
- Aloe vera in fact, is an effective remedy for improving acne problem. Although it rarely causes allergic reactions, stop the application once you experience some symptoms such as itching and burning sensation on the skin where aloe vera gel is applied.
- If you cannot find any aloe vera plants nearby, you can always use products containing aloe vera. Also be sure not to touch the treated area as it may transmit potential bacteria to the site.
