In addition to use warm coffee grounds that is either freshly brewed or microwave-warmed, there are couple of things you can also do to boost the effect of this coffee grounds for cellulite.

  • It is best to add olive oil to the warm coffee grounds, as olive oil is a natural ingredient for promoting collagen production in the skin cells. Thus, caffeine and olive oil is a good combination for lessening the dented skin appearance.
  • Combine the natural remedy with technique that stimulates blood flow to the affected area, such as scrubbing or massaging.

To make the coffee grounds mixture, put a half cup of warm coffee ground into a bowl and add a tablespoon of virgin olive oil. Stir the mixture well.
