If you are more of a DIY type, fear not. Natural ingredients most of us already have in our kitchens and pantries are very helpful in the removal of blackheads, so take out your bowls and spoons and let’s mix a perfect homemade mask for those pesky dark spots.
Honey and milk mask. Honey and milk are a perfect combo for getting rid of those annoying blackheads. Combine warm milk and honey and apply the mixture on your face. Press a few cotton strips on top of the mask and let that sit for around 20 minutes. After that time, peel off the strips and wash the face. Apply your regular moisturizer.
Orange peel mask. Grind the dry orange peels into a fine powder or get it from a market. Mix the orange peel powder with milk to form a paste. Apply the mask on a cleansed face and let it sit for thirty minutes. Remove it by peeling the mask off and wash the face with lukewarm water.
Egg white mask. Apply the egg white to a clear skin. Put a few pieces of tissue paper over it to cover the whole face and apply another coat of egg white over it. Let the mask dry off completely and after that remove by peeling it off from your skin. Rinse your face with lukewarm water and apply a moisturizer. You can add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites for a better effect.
Egg yolk, milk, and gelatin mask. Separate the egg yolk and mix it with a little milk in which you’ve dissolved the gelatin. Apply the mask to a clean face and wait until it dries. After that, remove by peeling the mask off and wash it with lukewarm water.
Honey and cinnamon mask. Mix equal parts of honey and cinnamon and apply on your face. Press a few cotton strips on top of the mask and leave it on for five minutes. Remove the strips by peeling them off and wash your face with lukewarm water before applying the moisturizer.
Raw milk and honey mask. Combine one tablespoon of honey and one tablespoon of raw milk to get a thick and sticky consistency. Using a brush, apply the mask to a cleansed face. Leave it on for approximately thirty minutes and then peel the mask off. Wash the face with water and apply the moisturizer.
Mint, turmeric, and gelatin mask. For this mask, you need two tablespoons of mint tea, half a teaspoon of turmeric, and one tablespoon of gelatin.
