Patrick KennyDermatologist Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Patrick Kenny was born in Ireland where he graduated from the medical school National University of Ireland Galway in 1970. He completed residencies in internal medicine in Ireland and Canada, and a dermatology residency in Roswell Park Buffalo N.Y. and Johns Hopkins Baltimore Maryland.
